A fun night with Nish Masa Nishimoto's collection of Sake, with the Thai food of chef Jarrod Hudson.

For this tasting and masterclass, Nish and the Barrique team decided to show the versatility of sake across cuisines. It made sense to ask Jarrod Hudson to cook, given that his former restaurant, Easy Tiger, had an outstanding sake list.

This one is priced for the times, just $70 all inclusive.
