As the days grow longer and the air begins to warm, we welcome the new season with Sake in Spring an intimate evening of sake, food and thoughtful pairings at CHACHA.
Guided by sake expert Tomoko Koijima, the evening will take you through six different sakes, each with its own character, story and expression of the season.
Alongside each sake, Chef Greggory will create six individual plates, thoughtfully paired to complement the flavours of each pour while celebrating the fresh produce and gentle warmth of Australian spring.
