Dear Families,

The Visual Arts and Technology Departments at Salesian College warmly invite you to our Annual Visual Arts & Technology Show at the Naylon Gallery.

Event Details:

Date: Tuesday, 14-October 2025
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Venue: Naylon Gallery @ Salesian College Chadstone

Join us as we celebrate the creativity and accomplishments of our talented students from Years 7 to 12, showcasing their exceptional work across Visual Arts and Technology for 2025.

Student awards will be presented in recognition of outstanding creativity and dedication, and light refreshments will be provided.

Additional Information:

Please ensure that all students wear their summer academic school uniform, including the College blazer, as this is a formal school event.
SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN: As this is an after-school event, we kindly ask that all children are supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. This helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
PARKING: Please note that the school’s top yard is not a designated parking area and cannot be used for parking. It lacks marked bays and only allows for one-way traffic, which presents a safety risk.
There is limited parking available on school grounds. To assist with a smooth arrival, we strongly encourage you to:
- Arrive early
- Consider using nearby side streets for parking
- Allow extra time for walking to the venue

To confirm your attendance and assist with catering, please register via the link below. We look forward to seeing you there and celebrating our students’ incredible work!

Best regards,

Fatima Nazar | Design & Technologies Learning Leader
