Join us for the 33rd annual SALIDA ARTWALK October 8-11. Artist & Gallery/Venue Registration & Sponsor information here. Registration closes September 18.

Follow your hearts to Salida and join us in Colorado’s largest National historic district and one of the state’s first Creative Districts for an art filled weekend at the 33rd annual Salida ArtWalk October 8-11 featuring numerous activities for art enthusiasts and collectors!

Salida's creative community features numerous artist-owned and operated galleries featuring regional, national, and award-winning fine artists showcasing paintings, photography, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, fiber art, metal and glass work, mosaics, printmaking, salvaged art and more!

Artists, gallery owners, and businesses can register to participate in Salida's annual celebration of the arts featuring a full weekend of art, demonstrations, performances, culinary tastings, and more art events.

Salida ArtWalk events include:

• Thursday, October 8- Kickoff event featuring the annual Art on the Rocks Sip & Paint–a-Wineglass social presented by High Country Bank. Hop on over to the Artist Reception and Creative Mixer.

• Friday, October 9- Enjoy a stroll through Salida's Creative District as downtown venues and art galleries host wine and cheese receptions with opportunities to meet the artists and preview the artwork. Preview and bid on the over 75 works of miniature art, the “Mini Masterpieces” created by local artists and an auction benefiting Salida Council for the Arts, at the Salida SteamPlant Event Center. 

• Saturday, October 10- During the day, downtown art galleries feature regionally and nationally recognized artists and artwork, specially curated events and exhibits, artist demos and pop-up art venues, and hands on art activities for all ages and skill levels. Place your winning bid at the Mini Masters! Then in the evening, join us as Salida artists throw a giant ArtWalk pARTy featuring a Parade of the Arts, performances by local artists, live music, and dancing in Riverside Park- a true celebration of the arts! 

• Then on Sunday, October 11, supporters can attend a Patron Brunch at the Salida SteamPlant Event Center, revisit their favorite galleries and pop-up venues, and find that perfect piece of art to take home from Salida ArtWalk 2026. Locals and visitors join us for the Closing Party at the SteamPlant with live music and a fun ending to another year of the arts in Salida!

Registration information:
There are several categories for registration: Artist; Gallery/Business/Pop Up Venue; and/or Sponsor.

• Artist Registration $50
  For artists that do not show in a traditional gallery, or for artists that do show in a gallery but are selecting additional exposure through the ArtWalk media channels and brochure. All artists should have a Colorado sales tax license.

• Gallery/Business/Pop Up Venue $65
  For gallery and business owners as well as nontraditional venues like restaurants, coffee shops, real estate offices, etc. that would like to feature an artist(s) during ArtWalk. Businesses are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax.

• Sponsorships:
  Friend $100
  Supporter $250
  Patron $500

Registration in Salida ArtWalk includes: 

• Artist or Business listing on the SalidaCreates.com ArtWalk website 

• Event post on the SalidaCreates.com ArtWalk website 

• Inclusion in the printed ArtWalk program inserted in the Mountain Mail and distributed to businesses, hotels, and restaurants during the event 

• Social media post highlighting your business and/or ArtWalk events 

• 33rd annual Salida ArtWalk Commemorative banner 

• Group Advertising: Salida ArtWalk event posters, flyers, and advertisements in local and regional media, listings, articles, interviews, social media, radio, etc,  

Complete your Registration:

1. Click "Get Tickets" on this page and complete your registration.

2. Then visit SalidaCreates.com and complete the following:

• On the ArtWalk Directory Page, submit your Artist, Business, or Sponsorship profile, including your contact info and images

• On the Calendar Page, submit your ArtWalk event(s) for publication.

Once your registration has been verified, your directory profile and event information will be published.

Please know that edits to the website will continue in the month of August as we move to feature Salida ArtWalk and events. The deadline to submit to the ArtWalk Artist/Business/Sponsor Directory Page and ArtWalk Event Page is September 18.
