Salsa 7-week Beginners Course Sept 2024

Seven weeks of Salsa partner dance classes that are super fun, in a friendly and warm environment.

You are offered 1.5 hours of dance in each beginner lesson, with the first hour dedicated to learning and practicing the footwork and turn patterns, followed by 30 minutes of dance practice in a more social setting to reinforce your learning and further develop your skills.

Beginners - 7:00pm – 8:00 lesson plus 30 minutes of social dance 
No experience needed - for total beginners with no experience, or for those wanting to brush up on the basics

Tickets are per person for the entire course which works out to just $15 per 1.5 hour session. Casual pass tickets can also be purchased for $21 per session.

St. Joseph’s Hall is a beautiful space with wooden floors, heating and fans. Enter off Raglan Pde and follow the arrows to the left of the building into the central carpark. Enter through the glass doors and turn right. We suggest bringing a drink bottle in case you get thirsty. Casual clothing and street shoes (preferably that don’t grip on a wooden floor) are all fine to wear.

Don’t have a partner? That’s okay. We will partner you up with someone during each lesson and we also rotate partners to keep it social.
