For $84 per person, your ticket is your passport to a rich cultural and culinary adventure:
A Unique 6-Course Degustation: Indulge in a modern, innovative menu featuring exquisite native Australian ingredients like Kunzea, Aniseed Myrtle, Pepperberry, and Wattleseed.
A Journey into Culture: The experience begins with a traditional Achknowledgement to Country and smoking ceremony. Throughout your meal, you'll be entertained and educated by First Nation storytellers and performance sharing traditional knowledge and cultural practices.
Interactive Learning: Engage in a short, hands-on Cultural Workshop before your meal to learn about the history and significance of native foods in First Nation culture.
Meet the Chef: You'll have the chance to participate in a Q&A with the chef to learn about the inspiration behind the dishes and the unique properties of the native ingredients.
