Hello, Beautiful Soul

Multidimensional Guided Journey is hosted in the most amazing Salt room created entirely from Himalayan salt.

This mind, body, soul, Salt Cave Experience is unlike no other as it combines the powerful nature of salt detox therapy, cleansing breath work, sound healing meditation, transformational guided visualisation, and energetic soul attunement and activation to help you:

• Feel Calm, connected, peaceful, alive and free.

• Alignment of your heart, mind, body and higher self.

• Feelings of deep relaxation and healing throughout your mind and body.

• Growing awareness, and sensitivity to the energy of others and your surroundings

• Let go of what is no longer serving you.

• Reduce anxiety, stress & depression.

• Increase your energy.

• Bring mental & emotional clarity.

• Promote better sleep patterns.

• Increase lung capacity.

• Detox your Mind-Body-Soul leaving you feeling exhilarating and more alive.

• Calm down your nervous system.

• Clear your energy centres and activate your highest expression of self.

Before your session.

PLEASE DO READ AND FOLLOW THE ADVICE, I want you to get the most out of the session, so it’s important that you prepare.

• Energy moves best through an empty stomach so try not to eat before the session. Please eat lightly on the day and if possible do not eat 2 hrs before the class.

Coffee in the morning is fine if this is something that you usually do. If you exercise or practice yoga, and doing hip openers before coming is great too.

• Come with an open mind and heart and allow the magic to unfold.

• Think about what you’d like to get out of the session. Having a positive intention can be a really powerful tool, if you don’t have one already, don’t worry. I recommend writing down a list of the things that you want to let go of.

• Please wear comfortable clothing (activewear).

• Water

• Journal (optional)
