Join Aunty Bridgette, Peter Kuravita & Saltwater Eco Tours, under the stars on Jhdungah Country (Mooloolaba Spit) - as they lead a singular culinary event for this year's Curated Plate Festival - with open fire pits, local seafood and a 5-course menu brimming with native ingredients and locally sourced bush tucker. Plus enjoy a selection of botanical cocktails from Beachtree Distilling Co. pop-up bar.

FISH WRAPPED IN DURAL LEAF Fresh, Local River Mullet & Champagne Fingerlime Caviar steamed in Dural Leaf. Served with Wild Rice, Charred Onions, Mountain Pepper and QLD Blue Pumpkin cooked on Coals.
