Hello and welcome to Salty Soul Led mornings!

WHAT IT IS

🌊 Time for some salty skin, sandy toes, and sunrise sun 🌞. This is an event for those wanting to connect to both community and their intuition, to brave the discomfort and go deeper into themselves, and of course, to get a little refresh morning dip in.

We’re talking:

👉 Drop-in practices (like breathwork)

👉 Guided journalling

👉 Post-event ocean swim + cafe drink

I can’t wait to kick off a fresh week with you! Join us at 6:30AM for approx. 1.5hr + an optional post-event gratitude ocean circle and warm drink at a local cafe (TBA) with the crew.

WHAT TO BRING

🎒 Please check the weather the night before and wear comfy clothes over bathers, bring a towel to sit on, a blanket if you’d like (and love to be cozy like me ;)), a journal or notebook, pen, a smile, a hug, and a zest for this adventure.

2. This event is to inspire change, even if it's a little nudge, so some questions may trigger your resistance. I encourage you to come in with an open mind and heart, I promise that the more you know and accept who you are now and what that comes with, the more you will grow and can choose who you will be xx.

3. This event is designed to pull you forwards and build your momentum, not to push you till you trip, so the only person that can choose how deep you go is you. There is no pressure here so come and discover yourself at your own pace.
