Salty Souls Guided Adventure + Sister Circle - Cape Schanck → Bushrangers Bay
Event description
Join us for a slow and grounding afternoon on the coast.
We’ll walk the Cape Schanck trail to Bushrangers Bay, settle on the sand for a gentle yoga flow, ocean meditation, journaling, and a soft sister circle. Before walking back, we’ll close with a mindful saltwater dip.
This gathering is for those craving connection, nature, presence, and quiet openness.
No pressure. No performing. Just women being held by the earth, ocean, and each other.
