FAQs

• Is camping included in my ticket?

  Camping is a separate add-on and must be booked. You must purchase an event ticket first, then select your camping option. There will be no last minute camping options available on the day.

• Can I camp with friends?

  Yes! We absolutely encourage friends and groups to book together so you can be allocated the same campsite and enjoy the event side-by-side.

  To make check-in smooth and stress-free, please try to arrive together as only one vehicle is permitted per campsite.

  Each campsite can accommodate:

  • Up to 6 people

  • 1 vehicle

  If you are a larger group, you may need to book multiple sites. If you need an extra vehicle please contact direct to book to check availability.

• Can I bring more than one vehicle per campsite?

  Each campsite includes 1 vehicle. Extra vehicles may be approved for $15 add-on, but space is limited - please contact us in advance for approval as if you do not have an extra vehicle pass with camping your vehicle will not be permitted.

• What facilities are available for campers?

  Shared bathrooms, toilets, hot showers, and a kitchen area available with a pizza oven. Glamping tents come fully set up with bedding.

• Can I leave and return during the event?

  Yes - however, only vehicles with camping or priority parking passes can drive to the upper site. Everyone else must use the shuttle.

• Will there be food and drinks?

  Yes - there will be some food and non alcoholic drink options to purchase, but feel free to bring your own food and drinks. The campsite has shared facilities for cooking and preparation.

• What should I bring?

  Essentials include personal items, snacks and drinks, flow toys, sunscreen, mozzie spray (please spray away from others!) warm clothes for the evening and swimwear and towel if you want to enjoy the pool.

• Can I spin my fire props?

  Unless you are a booked artist - no fire spinning please. Bring your LED props for the evening!

• Can I bring my dog or other pets?

  Sorry, strictly no pets allowed on-site - this is to ensure safety for all guests, performers and wildlife.

• Can I kick on and play tunes with my mates back at camp after the event finishes?

  Out of respect for our community and fellow campers, quiet hours begin once the evening event finishes at 10pm.

  After 10pm:

  • No music at campsites or function areas

  • Please keep noise to a minimum

  We’ll be running a chilled, low-tempo wind-down set (with subs off) from 10pm–12am so everyone can ease into the night.

  After 12am, there is a designated area where you’re welcome to hang out with your mates - however, no amplified sound is permitted.

  If you’re keen to continue the party vibes, you’re welcome to head offsite to another suitable location.

• Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

  Humanitix requires attendee names for every ticket. If you can’t attend, please contact us to arrange a transfer.

• Can I drive up and park at the event?

  Only if you have pre purchased a Priority VIP Parking pass or have booked camping and have your allocated vehicle pass. Everyone else must park at 1770 Eco camp and use the shuttle bus provided.

• My friends already booked camping - can I just jump in with them on the night?

  No - You must prepay for your camping spot before the event kicks off. If their plot is not at capacity (6) please email to book on to their site. Wristbands will be given to all campers.
