SAM Baby: Sensory Play in the Children's Gallery

Enjoy an hour of sensory play and exploration with our new SAM Baby program! Designed to connect both babies and parents, SAM Baby gives you a dedicated space for safe sensory play, connection and creativity whilst experiencing the exhibition in the SAM Children’s Gallery. 

Little ones will have their senses stimulated with our range of custom-made sensory toys and will enjoy tummy time on our Fabelab Activity Blankets.  

Note: SAM Baby is not suitable for very mobile babies. If your child is walking or is a very active crawler, we’d encourage you to come along to our SAM Toddlers presents See Make Play sessions on the first Thursday of the month. 

Every third Thursday of each month from 20 July - 16 November*, 9.30am-10.30am

$12.00 - Program plus $4.00 off a beverage of your choice at Elsewhere at SAM café (to be redeemed after the SAM Baby session)

Friends of SAM members receive 10% discount on programs.
