SAM Winter Camp: Fantastical Botanical Sculptures with Belinda Fox
Event description
Take a leaf out of artist Belinda Fox’s book to make your own botanical paper sculpture!
Belinda will guide kids as they begin with still-life watercolour drawing from a bouquet of local blooms; then, it’s time to go 3D! Drawings will be brought to life by introducing fantastical 3D elements that invite the wildest of imaginations to take the wheel, creating a freestanding sculpture to take home at the end.
This workshop is suitable for kids aged 5-12. All participants must be accompanied by an adult.
