You are warmly invited to a soul-nourishing evening of sound, stillness, and heart connection as we gather in Sacred Ceremony with Blue Lotus Tea and a powerful live Sound Journey.

I’m so honoured to return to the beautiful venue that is The Yoga Barn to share this offering — a deeply held space to reset, receive, and remember your inner wisdom.

What This Experience Involves:

Together, we’ll open with my special brew of Blue Lotus Tea, one of the highest vibrational plants on the planet to connect you to your intuition.

From there, you’ll be guided on a 90-minute live Sound Journey, where you’ll be immersed in a rich tapestry of vibrational medicine woven through my voice and over 20 sacred instruments. These include:

🔸 Crystal singing bowls, chalices and rain pillar
🔸 Medicine drum, handpan, chakapa
🔸 Chimes, gong, shruti box and guitar
🔸 Channeled vocals & light language
🔸 Backing tracks and other unique sound tools

The music I share is intuitive, multi-dimensional, and infused with intention. Described as ancient and celestial, it speaks to the deepest parts of you — helping to release what no longer serves and reconnect with your soul’s innate knowing.

What is Light Language?

Light Language is a multidimensional form of communication that bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the soul. It often feels like a remembering — offering insight, healing, and emotional release in a way that is subtle, powerful, and deeply supportive.

What is Blue Lotus Tea?

Blue Lotus is a sacred plant which was absolutely revered by the Ancient Egyptians for thousands of years and holds one of the highest frequencies of any plant found on the planet. Blue lotus was used as a visionary plant - to open intuition and connect to source frequency. It was the symbol for a key to good health, life force energy, rebirth and the symbol for the origins of life. The effects of consuming Blue Lotus Tea includes enhancing mood, a feeling of upliftment and relaxation as well as feeling connected to ones intuitive gifts.

I will be adding cinnamon, maple syrup, lemon juice and blue butterfly pea flower to our brew xxx

Contraindications: Blue Lotus should not be consumed if you take anti-diabetes medication such as insulin or else the blood sugar levels may go down to a dangerous level.

It should not be taken during pregnancy or if you have certain allergies. If you are on other medications, then it should be consumed only after a consultation with your medical professional.

What to Bring:

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE

• A mug for tea

• Yoga mat (or something comfy to lie on)

• Blanket, pillow, and eye mask (highly recommended)

• Water

• Optional: journal, essential oils, crystals, sacred items

Please avoid alcohol or strong stimulants on the day, and eat a light dinner if needed.

Event Schedule:

• Doors open: 6:20 PM

• Opening circle & Tea Ceremony

• Live Sound Journey (approx. 90 mins)

• Closing around 8:45 PM

Additional Notes:

• Cacao Blocks for Sale: I’ll have blocks of my favourite ceremonial cacao from The Cacao Ambassador available ($90 – cash or bank transfer).

• Limited spaces – bookings essential.

• No refunds, but you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else for this event.

• Sound contraindications: Not suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, or with epilepsy/seizure history. Please consult your doctor before booking if needed.
