Join us for an intimate and insightful evening celebrating the nuances of terroir and how it shapes the wines we love.

At this guided food and wine pairing dinner, we’ll explore how the same grape variety — grown in different regions — can produce remarkably different wines. This is more than a degustation dinner; it’s a wine experience.

🍇 What’s Included:

A beautifully curated four-course menu crafted by the chef at Fish on Parkyn
- Garlic & Cognac Mooloolaba King Prawns with Sicilian lemon sauce
- Fish of the day with foie gras butter, asparagus & wild rice
- Duck breast roti, spiced honey & orange sauce
- Gooey date pudding with butterscotch sauce & ice cream
Six wines to complement and enhance each dish, including two Chardonnays and two Shiraz from different regions, alongside two additional perfectly paired wines
A relaxed, guided exploration of how climate, soil, and winemaking influence flavour and structure
