The days are getting darker as the Earth begins to deepen into the season of Autumn, the season of death and letting go. This is the time of year where the veil between worlds is at its thinnest. Dia de Los Muertos, All Souls Day, All Hallows Eve, Halloween, Samhain–people across the globe utilize this auspicious time to honor and connect with their ancestors and beloved dead.

You are invited to gather for an intimate group ceremonial sound healing and guided meditation to honor Samhain and connect with your ancestors. Through breathwork, guided visualization, song, sound healing instruments, and ceremonial sharing, we will deeply connect to our own selves and our ancestors for healing, peace, and power.

Please bring:

Pictures or belongings of an ancestor or beloved dead you would like to honor
A dessert to share that reminds you of your ancestor or beloved dead
Blankets or pillows to make yourself comfy and cozy for the meditation
