Samhain Ritual and Community Dinner
Event description
Samhain Ritual and Community Dinner
Following on from our Death Café series, you are warmly invited to join us for a Samhain ritual dedicated to remembrance and holding our grief. This event will provide an opportunity to honor our ancestors, reflect on the past, and connect with those we've lost. Through ritual, we will come together to create space for healing, reflection, and support.
After the ritual, we will gather for a potluck community dinner, where we can share food, stories, and connection. This is a chance to connect with others in our community, celebrate the Autumnal season, and nourish our spirits together. A potluck means bringing food to share. If you have special dietary requirements, please cater to your own needs.
Children's Participation: Children are welcome to attend if you feel they can safely and fairly participate in the themes of the ritual. If you would bring them to a funeral or similar event, they are welcome here. If you're unsure, you might consider having them join us for the dinner and social time from 6pm onwards instead.
Even though the event is free, booking your ticket helps us manage our numbers, and helps us plan to source enough of the items that we will provide for the ritual.
