"On this planet, nothing is permanent. People and things will come and go. So cling to nothing too tightly, even yourself. And when it is time to let go, let go with grace. For nothing is owned, only borrowed."

Wind down for the week and reset for the next in an evening of philosophy, journaling and meditation. This week, in the second of our Soulful Sunday series, we're learn about Samsara - the ancient teaching of rebirth and renewal. As nature moves through its quiet cycles of birth, growth and withering before rising anew, so too does the soul move through its own seasons of change. We'll bring this old wisdom into everyday life, so each new dawn can be met with a little more grace.

What to expect:

A gentle dharma talk on Samsara and the six transformations
Quiet, guided journaling to reflect and integrate
A grounding meditation or pranic healing to close

Bring: a journal, a pen, and a curious mind.
