San Telmo x TarraWarra Estate Fireside Feast

It may be cold in winter on the hill at TarraWarra Estate but on Saturday 20th June from 6.30 pm, the kitchen team from our restaurant will be joining forces with Executive Chef Oliver Gould and Sous Chef Lorena Clavijo, from San Telmo to produce a very warm and shared Argentinian feast.

The largest charcoal grill possible will see outdoor cooking, producing a menu reflecting the Argentine ethos that eating, drinking and most importantly life are there to be enjoyed with friends and family.


Sarah Fagan, our Winemaker has enjoyed the challenge to create a special wine list to match this delicious menu.

First course

Corner Inlet calamari, celeriac, toasted yeast

Second course

O'Connor's beef tartare, capers, pickled chilli, shallot, parsley, house-made potato crisps

Third course

Salchicha parrillera, fresh oregano, olive oil

Main Course

O’Connor's premium pasture-fed, dry-aged, bone-in striploin 500gm, served with chimichurri

Sides

Burnt sweet potato, dill and almond dressing, crème fraîche

Mixed leaves, Malbec vinaigrette, watermelon radish
