Sana X Ellavate Fitness Sunday Sessions!

Join us on the first Sunday of every month for some movement and connection. We will be teaming up with Ellavate Fitness for a HIIT workout out of ACTV gym that is located in Burleigh.

We want to offer the community the option to start their Sunday doing something positive for both their body and mind! The session is open to the whole community and programmed for ALL fitness levels and ages (dogs & kids welcome).

Ella, the founder of Ellavate Fitness is a fully qualified PT. Previously she hosted community bootcamps with the shared passion of creating an active space where the whole community can feel welcomed to support mental health. We are excited to team up and bring that shared passion to the Sana community.

It's only $5 for the session with all proceeds going directly to the Sana Days Charity, which will help us continue to support our mission - Promote physical activity as a tool to manage mental health through community initiatives, events and awareness.
