Sanctuary Cove Pet Photos with Santa

Santa hasn't forgotten about your four-legged family members!

Pet Photos with Santa are back for 2026 — and this year, we're doing things a little differently!

Due to popular demand, all Pet Photos with Santa sessions must now be booked and paid for in advance, giving your furry friend their very own special moment with Santa while a professional photographer captures the magic.

For just $75 per session, enjoy a special Christmas experience with your pet, including three professionally edited digital photos delivered after your session.

Your $75 booking includes:

Saturday 12 December: 1:30pm – 3:30pm

Sunday 13 December: 1:30pm – 3:30pm

Monday 14 December: 11am – 2pm

Important Booking Information

• Pre-booking and payment are essential. No walk-ins will be accepted.

• Sessions are strictly limited to five minutes. Please arrive at least five minutes before your allocated booking time, photo ready, so you can make the most of your session.

• Owners and family members are welcome to join their pets in the photographs. Please note: Pets are not permitted at our free family Photos with Santa sessions. If you wish to have your pet photographed with Santa, you must book a dedicated Pet Photos with Santa session in advance. This applies whether your pet is being photographed alone or with family members.

• To allow our professional photographer to capture your special moment, personal photography using phones or cameras is not permitted during Pet Photo sessions.

• All pets must be appropriately restrained and supervised by their owners.

Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your preferred session!

Pet Photos with Santa 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payment

• Pet Photos with Santa sessions are $75 per booking, including three professionally edited digital photographs.

• All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through Humanitix.

• Walk-ins will not be accepted.

• Each booking is valid for one strictly 5-minute photography session.

2. Arrival & Session Times

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session, photo ready, with your pet and any participating family members prepared for their photographs.

• Sessions run to a strict schedule. Late arrivals may have their session shortened or forfeited without a refund.

• Additional session time cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pets & Family Members

• Owners and family members are welcome to be included in photographs with their pets and Santa.

• All pets must be appropriately restrained and under their owner's control at all times.

• Owners are responsible for their pet's behaviour, safety and wellbeing throughout the event.

• Pets displaying aggressive or unsafe behaviour may be refused participation.

• Please ensure your pet is comfortable around people, other animals and unfamiliar environments.

• Pets are not permitted at Sanctuary Cove's free family Photos with Santa sessions. All pet photography must be booked through the dedicated Pet Photos with Santa event.

4. Photography & Image Delivery

• Each booking includes three professionally edited digital photographs.

• Digital photographs will be delivered within 3 business days following your photography session, via the email address provided at booking.

• Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.

• Image selection and editing are at the photographer's discretion.

• Additional photographs, prints or editing requests are not included in the booking price.

• Personal photography using mobile phones or cameras is not permitted during the session.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings are non-refundable for change of mind or failure to attend, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

• Requests to change session times are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• If an event session is cancelled by the organiser, customers will be offered a rescheduled session or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Photography & Marketing Consent

• Photographs taken during Pet Photos with Santa may be considered for use in future Sanctuary Cove marketing and promotional activities, including social media, websites, digital advertising, printed publications and other marketing materials.

• Marketing use of identifiable customer or family photographs will only occur where the appropriate consent has been provided.

• Customers may provide separate, optional marketing consent during the booking process.

• Where children appear in photographs, consent must be provided by their parent or legal guardian.

7. General Conditions

• The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session arrangements where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

• Participants must follow reasonable directions from event staff and the photographer.

• The organiser may refuse or discontinue a session where the safety or wellbeing of Santa, staff, visitors or animals is at risk.

• Participation is subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
