SANCTUARY OF SOUND
Azari & Zane invite you to join them for a special evening of Yoga, Breath-work and Live Music. Gift yourself an experience that nourishes the body, mind and soul. Deeply relax as you bathe in the harmonic sounds of the didgeridoo, crystal singing bowl, Navajo flutes, medicine drum, acoustic guitar and more... Enjoy the sensation of feeling rejuvenated and uplifted. All welcome. No experience necessary.
WHAT HAPPENS?
At the beginning of the sound journey we will practise some gentle yoga poses to bring us into the moment and assist the body in reaching a deep state of relaxation. Followed by a breath-work practise, which is like an energetic shower, its helps to cleanse and release any stagnant emotion, negative thoughts or pent up energy. Live music is played for the entire journey and ebbs and flows from the primal sounds of the didgeridoo and medicine drum, to heartfelt harmonies and uplifting songs. We then invite our participants to listen with their entire being as they are held in the sound vibrations, allowing them to go on an inner journey and return to a harmonic state of being.
ABOUT EAYANA
A collaboration between Azari da Roza and Zane Thompson who are both singers and multi-instrumentalists, with a talent for creating ambient and other-worldy soundscapes. Azari and Zane began their Sanctuary of Sound project in 2018 when they combined Azari's knowledge as a Kundalini yoga teacher with Zane's musical talent. Over the years Azari dived into the musical side of things too. Now the couple offer music, sound journeys and retreats with the intention of creating a space where people can relax deeply, explore their inner world and return to a harmonic state of being.

WHAT TO BRING?
Please bring a yoga mat, or something soft to lay on. A cosy blanket or throw rug and a cushion.
Please wear something comfortable that you can easily move and feel snug in.
Please bring some water.
