Skip the freezing slopes and join NUmates for an unforgettable day of sandboarding at the spectacular dunes of Anna Bay! Whether you're a first-timer or an adrenaline junkie, there's something for everyone. With beginner-friendly slopes, steeper runs, and the choice of sitting or standing boards, you're sure to have an amazing time.

After working up an appetite, we'll wrap up the day with a visit to B Farm by Murrays for lunch before heading back to campus.

What to Bring

• Dress for the weather. Light, comfortable clothing is ideal in warmer weather, while warm layers are recommended during cooler months.

• Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated, and pack some snacks if you'd like.

• Don't forget a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun.

• Sandboarding is done barefoot, so you can wear your shoes to the dunes and simply take them off before you ride.

• Bring your phone or camera to capture all the fun and the incredible scenery.

• Pack a small backpack or bag for your belongings. There'll be a designated area away from the sand where you can safely leave your things while you're boarding.

Lunch at B Farm by Murrays is not included in the ticket price and can be purchased on the day. Most meals cost between $20–30, or you're welcome to bring a packed lunch if you prefer.
