Sand, Sound & Sisterhood is a special morning created for women in their second and third trimesters, bringing together sound, creativity, movement, nourishment and connection beside the ocean.

Come as you are. Lie back, breathe deeply, listen, create, connect and be celebrated as you prepare to welcome your baby.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or you're growing your family again, this is a space to slow down and spend a few precious hours surrounded by women walking a similar path.

A gentle prenatal sound bath

Settle into deep rest with a guided meditation and gentle sound journey created especially for pregnancy.

Allow the sounds, breath and ocean ambience to create space to slow down, soften and reconnect with your body and your baby.

No previous experience with sound baths or meditation is needed.

Prenatal connection & education

A warm and informative session exploring pregnancy, birth and the transition into motherhood, allowing you to pause, reflect and connect with what matters to you.

Get creative and make something beautiful to take home with you.

A chance to slow down, use your hands and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating alongside other women.

Gentle movement & sisterhood

Move, laugh and connect through simple, joyful movement designed to bring the group together.

No dance experience required. Just come as you are.

Who is this for?

Sand, Sound & Sisterhood is designed for pregnant women in their second and third trimesters.

You don't need to know anyone else attending.

You don't need any experience with sound healing, meditation, movement or creative practices.

You don't need to be "good" at relaxing.

Just bring yourself, your growing bump and a willingness to slow down for a few hours.

Shana-lea is a qualified Integral Sound Practitioner who weaves voice, singing bowls, shamanic drums, Celtic rhythms, and Indian mantra into intuitive sound journeys. Warm, grounded, and deeply spiritually connected, she holds sacred space for heart-led women, families, and community, guiding each person back to their wholeness through sound.

THE SACRED UNFOLDING - @thesacredunfolding

The Sacred Unfolding is a heartfelt space born from Amy's continuous journey of remembering, reconnecting, and coming home to herself. Through sound, resonance, and connection, she gently invites you to soften, surrender, and listen to the wisdom already living within you. She intends to hold a safe, nurturing space where you can simply be, unfold in your own way, and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself.

Laura is the photographer behind LZ35MM Photography. Her approach is simple: observe, connect, and document. Rather than focusing on perfectly posed images, she looks for the real moments, the in-between, the connection, the little details and emotions that naturally unfold. She believes these unscripted moments often become the photographs that hold the most meaning, and her work is dedicated to preserving them honestly and beautifully.

WILDFLOWER SOUNDS - @wildflowersounds

Emma of Wildflower Sounds supports nervous system relaxation through sound baths, with a special focus on pregnant women and birth partners. Blending modern neuroscience with breath, voice and ancient sound practice, she created Birthing with Sound, a four-week course to help women reclaim their voice and trust their body in labour.

FEATHER & FOLK - @featherandfolk

Feather & Folk is a space for women to gather, create and connect. Through folk-inspired making and movement, Katie invites you to slow down, use your hands, and feel the simple magic of being together. At Sand, Sound & Sisterhood, she’ll guide flower crown making and joyful shared folk movement; A gentle, playful moment for creativity, laughter and connection.
