Our own past, our own present, our own future are these set in stone? How would it be to soften that which we think we know about them?

Be it in the body, in the emotions, in the mind, or at the soul level, might we consciously loosen those places where we find fixed beliefs? Inviting the ease and fluidity of more spacious possibilities?

As we begin to leave Winter behind and open to the new life of Spring you are invited to explore your experiences of time through embodied guided exercises and free movement exploration. 

Time can both seem to stand still, drag its heels, and run away with itself; be open-ended and definite.

In your life, does time flirt with you, challenge you, inform you, push and pull you?

Perhaps you feel your future calling you, or your past pressing in on you. 

Over the course of the day, there’ll be time to move in your own space, in pairs and trios; for dancing and reflective inquiry. We’ll be supported by Open Floor Core Movement Resources, a Systemic Constellation lens, and fabulous music!

Professionally, Deborah has been working in the field of movement and embodiment for 35+ years. She qualified as a Sesame Movement and Drama Therapist in her early 20s, soon broadening into the field of conscious movement and teaching 5Rhythms® for over 25 years. In 2014, she was one of a group of 15 Founding Members of Open Floor International (OFI). In 2016 she attended OFI’s Therapy in Motion training with Andrea Juhan and Irit Ziv-Ron. In 2023/4, she completed a Foundation & Applied Training with The Centre for Systemic Constellations, London.

She has a blended professional life, working online and in-person, with large groups, small groups, and one-to-one. Her respect for the wisdom of the creative body is incisive and contagious.
