Children aged 12 months and under do not require a ticket.

All guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian.

Boarding commences at 7:30am. Please do not arrive for boarding earlier than 7:30am.
The Lady will depart at 8:00am sharp and cannot wait for late arrivals.
This is a pre-booked ticketed experience and walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
All guests over 1 year of age require a ticket, including accompanying adults.
All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.
Hot drinks are not served onboard. We recommend grabbing a takeaway coffee from the Marine Village before boarding.
Gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast options will be available.
Guests are welcome to bring their own phones and cameras to capture photos during the experience.
Tickets are non-refundable.
