Dec 5:  9am - 1pm
Dec 6-7:  9am - 3pm (Santa feeds his reindeer from 12pm - 12.30pm. No photos in this time)
Dec 12:  9am - 1pm
Dec 13-14:  9am - 3pm (Santa feeds his reindeer from 12pm - 12.30pm. No photos in this time)
Dec 15-19:  9am - 1pm
Dec 20-24:  9am - 3pm  (Santa feeds his reindeer from 12pm - 12.30pm. No photos in this time)

Cant make your booking? Want to change your booking? No worries!

To cancel your Santa Photo session:

Click REFUND/CANCEL on your booking, select your ticket, and hit Cancel.

To change your booking to another time:

Click REFUND/CANCEL to cancel your current time, then simply rebook a new session that suits you via the booking page.

MT SHERIDAN PLAZA SANTA PHOTOS 2025 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in Santa Photos 2025, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement with Mount Sheridan Plaza and Romy Photography. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from participating. The Promoter is Mount Sheridan Plaza, 106 Barnard Drive, Mt Sheridan QLD 4868 (ABN 68 266 146 096).

General Entry – Entry to the Santa Photo area is at your own risk. Online bookings are recommended to secure your session; walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. To modify or cancel an online booking, please follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email or through the booking system. Please arrive at your scheduled time and join the Online Bookings queue located opposite Woolworths. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session may need to be rebooked. Please see Romy Photography staff for assistance.

Photo Session Details – Present your booking confirmation upon arrival. Each child will receive a small gift from Santa and may have a brief chat, depending on timing and flow. After your session, proceed to the front counter to view and select your photos. Two photo packages are available, with optional add-ons. Payments can be made via cash or card. Please review your photos before payment. Once your purchase is finalised, refunds are not available unless required by law.

Conduct and Supervision – Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times in the Santa area. Please follow all instructions from Romy Photography staff to ensure safety and efficiency. Shoes must be worn at all times, and no food or drinks are allowed in the photo area. Only registered assistance dogs are permitted and must remain seated on the grass; other pets may be allowed at the discretion of Romy Photography. Anyone who is unwell or showing symptoms of illness should not enter the Santa Photo area. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children to the Santa set or equipment.

Liability and Cancellations – Mount Sheridan Plaza and Romy Photography are not responsible for the actions or conduct of participants or other attendees; damage, loss, or theft of personal items; or any injury, loss, or inconvenience arising from unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, illness, or equipment failure. In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to reschedule sessions; however, Mount Sheridan Plaza and Romy Photography are not liable for any associated costs or inconvenience.

Privacy and Communication – By participating, you consent to your personal information being used by Mount Sheridan Plaza, Romy Photography, and the booking system provider (Square) for scheduling and communication purposes, including text messages, emails, and reminders. You may choose to opt-in to receive future communications, such as event updates, newsletters, or early-bird offers from Mount Sheridan Plaza, and may opt out at any time by contacting Mount Sheridan Plaza directly. Romy Photography will not use or share your images publicly without explicit consent.

Amendments – Mount Sheridan Plaza and Romy Photography reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or at the event site.
