Visit Santa’s Grotto; plan ahead, skip the queues and meet the man himself!
A $20 registration fee applies to each session (plus a booking fee of $1.49)*.
*The fee is per family (maximum of eight guests) and includes a photo sleeve framed 6 x 4 photo and digital downloads.
Bookings are non-refundable but time slots may be changed with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Change in times are strictly dependent on availability.
We have designed Santa's Grotto to be safe for our customers, staff and Santa in both Covid Level 1 and 2. In Covid Level 1, children won't be able to sit on Santa's knee, but will be able to sit right next to Santa on his chair. We will be monitoring Ministry of Health advice should there be a change to our current level.
