Reset and inspire for the week with an evening of yoga philosophy, journaling and meditation.

In this Sunday's dharma talk, we follow an old, gentle story - a fisherman and a businessman - to learn the art of Santosha, deep contentment. We'll discover how true fulfilment and real wealth are quietly born, not from chasing more, but from inner peace.

What to expect:

A gentle dharma talk on Santosha and the story of the fisherman
Quiet, guided journalling to reflect and integrate
A grounding meditation or pranic healing to close

Bring: a journal, a pen, and a curious mind.
