💖 About Sapphic Sounds

Sapphic Sounds is a queer-owned and led events collective based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), dedicated to building queer community and connection through music. We create spaces primarily for lesbian, bisexual, queer, trans and non-binary cuties—welcoming all who resonate with the term Sapphic.

From sweaty club nights and intimate after parties to line dancing and cosy community hangs, our events are made by queers, for queers, with love.

We believe in joyful, inclusive spaces where queerness is celebrated in all its forms. Our events centre those in the lesbian/queer spectrum, but welcome everyone from the wider LGBT+ whānau and our allies, We ask all attendees to honour the diversity of our community, uplift each other, and be mindful of the intentional space we’ve created.
