Join us for a two-hour session, comprising of a one-hour yoga class, followed by a one-hour social event over chai and snacks with other sapphic and queer folks for a chance to connect and mingle in a safe, relaxed environment.

The class is a gentle but dynamic vinyasa class that is suitable for beginners to more experienced yoga students and practitioners.

The studio is well ventilated and equipped with some yoga mats and props, although participants are welcome to bring their own mats and props.

If attending for the first time, please arrive ten minutes prior to the start of the class to complete a form that details any physical and medical conditions that may affect your practice to inform the instructor and attending staff.
