Get ready to experience and savour Saprock Spirits with Mixologist Jed Handmer's uniquely crafted cocktails showcasing Saprock Dry Gin

Gates open at 3.30pm, with distillery tour, Saprock Spirits tastings and expertly crafted cocktails served from 4pm. 

Paired light food by Trevor Aung Than from 5pm. 

Ticket includes guided cocktail experience (four cocktails plus samples), non-alcoholic drinks, light food pairing, distillery tour PLUS cellar door discounts on Saprock Spirits.
