Are You Gone?, the first new album in a decade from Sarah Harmer, is a deeply personal and momentous collection of songs motivated by the beauty of life, the urgency of climate crisis, and the question of loss. The first song “New Low” is more than a return to music for the internationally celebrated singer-songwriter and activist: it is a definition of form, a call-for-uprising in the face of global disaster, at the most critical moment for Harmer to raise her voice–one of the most distinctive in Canadian music. The vitality of "New Low," its heedless pace, sharp guitars and exclamatory horns, bely the passage of time since Harmer’s last record,Oh LittleFire(2010). Nearly twenty years from the release of her debut,You Were Here(2000),Are You Gone brings a close to Harmer's period of musical quietude with arousing artistic statement, rich in detail and emotion, from the heart and for thes pirit. The multi-award-winning platinum-selling musician's long-anticipated sixth album was released February 2020 on Arts & Crafts.

Born in the Northeastern US and raised in Western Canada, singer-songwriter Suzie Ungerleider began performing under the name Oh Susanna in the mid-1990s, winning instant praise for striking voice and poetic songcraft. For over two decades, thousands of shows, and ten critically acclaimed albums, Suzie’s gloriously emotive, crystalline voice, her bewitching performances and her fierce song-writing have consistently captivated audiences, her peers
and the press. She is the recipient of a Genie Award for Best Original Song and a Canadian Folk Music Award for English Songwriter of the Year. She has also been nominated for two Juno Awards each for Best Roots and Traditional Album of the Year, as well as four Canadian Folk Music Awards for Best Solo Performer, Best Contemporary Singer, and English Songwriter of the Year. Suzie’s latest album entitled My Name is Suzie Ungerleider dropped last autumn and is her first release under her given name.
“I am so happy to be supporting my old pal Sarah Harmer on these west-coast shows. I love her gorgeous voice, her excellent songs and fierce activism. So nice to be re-united with an old friend especially in times like these. Thanks for having me, Sarah!” – Suzie
