Join us for an exciting evening at the Sarsfield Brew Club on Friday night!

Experienced brewers, Craig and Wayne, will be on hand to answer all your brewing questions and guide us through each step of the process.

The Sarsfield Brew Club is for more than just beer enthusiasts—whether you’re interested in brewing, fermenting, or simply curious about the craft, everyone is welcome to join. It's a fantastic opportunity to connect with others who share your passion!

This month, we're diving into our first partial mash brew! We'll be brewing a XPA called Home Run — a refreshing, hop-forward beer perfect for the season. This style introduces us to brewing with grain and malt extract, and features a 15-minute boil, making it a great stepping stone between extract and all-grain brewing.

A big shoutout to Luke for generously donating the kit for this month. Cheers, mate!

We'll also be bottling our West Coast IPA from last month. This hands-on session will be a great opportunity to learn the ropes of safe and effective bottling — a key part of finishing a great homebrew. 

Whether you're new to brewing or a seasoned pro, this session has something for everyone. See you there!
