Event description

Saint is in town for a limited time so dont miss out on this great class.

During the class we will do a warm up, walks and a routine that helps you explore your energy deliverance through movement. Using your masc and fem feelings, we will play with dynamics, timing and movement, so you can use this method to help build your next routine, or uplift and existing one.

Saints workshops last time in Hobart were a great success and they super excited to come back and play.

open to all genders and levels. 18+ . heel welcome but not needed.
