You're invited to SASVic's full-day event on technology-facilitated sexual violence.

Every year, staff across our sector work with close to 20,000 adults, young people and children impacted by sexual violence. We see trends and changes on sexual violence as they appear in our society. Unsurprisingly, digital developments are impacting sexual violence.

This symposium will share insights from the sexual assault, family violence and wider community sectors, as well as from academics and policy makers. Together, we'll explore the policy and practice responses to technology-facilitated sexual violence.

The day will include three sessions, morning tea and lunch.

The first session will include a keynote address from Dr Fiona Vera-Gray from London Metropoltian University on women and pornography.
The second session will include deep dives on issues including child sexual abuse material and non-fatal strangulation.
The final session will feature a panel with peak and state-wide bodies.
