Where will you be positioned on the day?

Before market day, you will receive a stallholder update email with your event position.

For a smooth bump-in, please note that we have two (2) stall zones, each with its own colour.

Please note which colour zone (yellow or green) your stall is in, as this will help you and us on the morning of the event when you bump in. 

On arrival at 10 am, go to your designated stall space and bump in your stock. 

Stall Dimensions

2.5 metres x 2.5 metres for single stalls and for those of you who have booked a double stall (5 metres x 2.5 metres).  

Please do not bring more than you can accommodate in the space you have booked.  

We will work with you on the day to manage the space to ensure everyone is comfortable.

Stall Hire Items  

We will have hire items (clothing racks, trestle tables, coat hangers) in place for you on arrival.   

When can I bump in (set up) and pack down?

We are an all-weather venue, and you can bump in from 10 am and pack down is between 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm.

For Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S), you must arrive on time so we are fully set up before 11 am.  

Also, packing down early can pose a WH&S risk and can only occur before 3 pm with the market organiser's approval. 

Where can I park?

Stallholder parking is opposite the Sorell Council Chambers.

Once you've unloaded at the venue entrance, please move your vehicle to this designated area to ensure customers can easily access the closest parking.

Is the market venue accessible for all abilities?

Yes, it is, and accessible bathrooms are available.

Is there an ATM?

No, there is not.

Payment from Customers?

Not all market attendees will want to pay in cash.   

Please consider whether you would like your customers to pay you in cash/via eft/through pay id/square/eftpos and, depending on the option you choose, please ensure you have a small cash float and change, plus your pay id/bank details in large, clear print.  

Are there mirrors?

We will have full-length mirrors in the dedicated changing areas. If you're selling smaller items such as jewellery and hats, it may be useful to bring your own handheld mirror. 

Is there seating provided?

Yes, we provide one (1) chair per single stall booking. If you need more than 1 chair, please let us know, and we will allocate two (2), subject to availability.
