Sattantra is a dynamic energy healing method created by Shivana — born from a lived path of kundalini awakening, trauma recovery, and love embodiment.
It weaves together kundalini shaking, chakra activation, sound, breath, intuitive movement, and psychic meditation to harmonize your energy and reconnect you with your essence.
