Breathe, move, release, be inspired and deeply nurtured as we head towards the fullness of the February full moon. As we all get cracking into our lives for 2025, we will work with the moon’s growing luminescence to fortify and brighten our beings, attuning to the value of light both within and without to enhance our vitality, resilience and radiance.

This is an opportunity to experience Sattva Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya, a system of sacred, transformative, integrative technologies derived from the ancient Tantric and Kundalini Traditions of the Himalayas.

This two-hour journey will begin with a short wisdom talk providing knowledge and context around the practices and be followed by a nourishing guided meditation, tea and a chat before completion.
