Namaste,

Welcome to our next Himalayan Yoga event- Awakening Shakti.

We invite you to join Sattva Yoga teachers Tanya and Starley, as they take you on a journey to the Himalayas, using the ancient wisdom of the Yog-Vedantic teachings. Completely transform your emotional and energetic state, allowing yourself to move into deep bliss.

In this practice you will learn the art of radical trust, the true meaning of surrender. When we cultivate the art of trust and surrender, it naturally creates a state of expansion within us.

From activation of the energy body, inner exploration, liberation and radiance, you will notice a deep shift in your entire mind and body. Not only is this practice deeply transformative, it elevates us into states of deep gratitude, balance, abundance and joy.

Benefits of this Himalayan Practice:

* Cultivate the art of stillness
* Activate the vagus nervous system
* Combat fight or flight stress response
* Connect to prana energy
* Boost your immune system

* Strengthen your auric field
* Cleanse and detox the physical body
* Open yourself to gratitude and love
* Improve concentration, focus and presence
* Transcend and transform

This month’s Himalayan practice will be held at Yogic State. Derryn provides a wonderful space for the community and he is very passionate about Yoga.

What to bring:

A pen, journal, water and a willing heart. All Yoga mats and bolters are provided.

By supporting this practice you are also helping to support the Ugrachandi Boarding School in Nepal. The school provides education for 400 students, 60 of whom need additional support. This school has been run by the Kundalini Healing Therapies Family for many years, and they rely on support from community. Tanya and Starley remain passionate about supporting the children of India and Nepal and will be donating a portion of the ticket sales. One loving heart can change someone's day. Many loving hearts can change the world. This is our invitation. Together we can achieve so much more.

Yoga is not just a physical practice as we know it here in the West. It is an ancient science of self- mastery, connection and evolution. As we take this journey together, we will expand, transform, experience radiance and awaken to our true potential.

In gratitude,

Tanya and Starley
