Set against the beautiful back drop of Queenscliff. We'll be able to incorporate both nature and yoga into this incredible weekend.

You will learn potent breathing and kriya techniques which originate from ancient Tantric and Vedantic Himalayan traditions. These techniques help you shift your energy, access deep states of stillness, become fully present, downregulate stress, upregulate your immune system and de-excite the nervous system.

Sat is truth, Va is vast. Sattva means all encompassing truth. Life will constantly guide you to live from a larger sense of truth and incorporated wisdom. Every Sattva yoga class is a chance to touch upon that wisdom within yourself. The class is as a journey within, through which you gain self-knowledge and insight that you can then integrate in your life off the mat. This retreat will utilise an opening fire ceremony, evening and morning practice, meditation, an optional morning devotional practice (Puja) and wisdom talks to further deepen your relationship with yourself.
