You are warmly invited to come enjoy a new Open Floor Class in the Hills-

Monthly on Saturday mornings.

Soundscapes will include music from various genres and cultures, carefully chosen and woven together to support the dancer to explore and embody the theme of the day.

Class structure:
Starting with opening our awareness to the 4 dimensions of embodiment- Physical, Emotions, Mind and Soul we anchor ourselves in the here and now. Followed by an invitation to explore a core movement resource that you can take with you into life, off the dance floor. Then there's time given to dance your dance and discover what's moving you, moving through you, asking to be moved. Coming to moments for stillness, integration and a closing circle.

Come as you are, no experience necessary, no steps to learn.
