Booking is essential. Walk-ins will be turned away.

Can't make our regular Wednesday Clothes Drop? These special Saturday sessions are for you.

Bring your unwanted clothing and textiles and we'll help ensure they are diverted from landfill through reuse, repurposing, or recycling, with nothing going to landfill or offshore.

Please note that we are not a "drop and run" service. Every item is checked and sorted while you wait to achieve the best possible outcome and keep valuable textiles circulating for longer.

To ensure everyone has enough time with our team, each booking is allocated a 30-minute appointment. During this time we can process approximately 2-3 garbage bags worth of clothing and textiles per person. Please do not bring more than this amount.

To make appointments fair and accessible for everyone, please book only one session per person.

What can I bring?

We accept a wide range of clothing and textiles, including items that are no longer suitable for donation. Depending on their condition, items may be:

• Reused through our community programs and shop

• Repurposed into new products and materials

• Recycled through our textile recycling partners

Fees

Reusable items are accepted free of charge.

Items requiring repurposing or recycling will incur a fee to cover the costs of recycling which we pay directly to our recycling partner, Upparel. If you do not wish to pay a fee you can take these items back with you.

Repurposing Fee: $2.90 per killo

Recycling Fee: $4.90 - $6.50 depending on if it is shoes, clothing, manchester or uniforms

As a thank you, any fees paid for repurposing or recycling are returned to you as a voucher of equal value, which can be used in our shop.
