Saturday Night Sweat

1st Saturday of every month

Join us for Saturday Night Sweat — a guided 5Rhythms® Wave moving through Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. We follow an arc of energy supported by rich, soulful music, inviting you to explore movement, expression, and presence.

This is a space to let your dance unfold and listen to your own body. We dance to connect — with ourselves, with the group, and with something deeper. People often leave feeling grounded, open, and transformed. ❤️ To hear testimonials see videos on our Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/saturday_night_sweat/

No previous experience needed — beginners and seasoned movers are warmly welcome.
