Event description

Join us here at Okines for a Sacred Drum Circle led by Mara Lovrin providing an introduction to drumming & rhythm.

Drums have been used in ancient cultures to build resilience, increase health benefits and foster connection.

Bookings are required as limited spaces are available.

No experience is necessary. Suitable for ages 18 yrs +

Saturday Nov 22nd

2pm - 3:30pm

This event will be held at Okines Community House in the Terrapin Room. (The group may move outside if weather is permitting)

This session is FREE to attend, though donations are very much appreciated

If you have your own drum, please bring it. We will be using Djembie Drums, but you are welcome to use a different drum of your choice. If you need a drum, please let us know when booking.
