Come and enjoy this transformational Himalayan Sattva Yoga practice and experience an energy wave combining breath-work kriyas, asana, movement, dance, and meditation. Designed to raise your energy, ground it, and vibrate you into 'Shunya', a state of deep stillness.
Explore this beautiful practice in nature with us, expand your heart and mind, strengthen your immune system and blossom into flow, love and abundance. This will be a 75 minute class with an opportunity to rest in your true essence with a loving community.
Due to COVID restrictions places are limited.
Please note the COVID safe regulations - washing hands, keeping safe distance from others, and please DO NOT attend if you have the slightest signs of cold or flu or if you have been in Victoria or in any hotspots in the last 14 days.
Everybody is welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to elevate your hips, water to drink and layered clothes you can move in.
Lisa is a fully qualified Sattva Yoga, Vinyassa and Hatha teacher.
