Sunrise sessions are designed to awaken your body, energize your mind, and cultivate mindful focus. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, reconnecting with your practice or new to yoga, this early morning flow will leave you feeling empowered, centered, and ready to embrace the day!

This is Rani's last regular class before heading off on Aussie Adventures in a caravan with her family!
