In this class you'll learn about the benefits of fermented and cultured foods for gut health and general wellbeing.
You'll learn my super quick and simple techniques for making sauerkraut and sourdough bread at home, saving you money and building up your micro-biome.
This class involves a live demonstration of the two recipes. Participants will receive tastings, printed recipes and their own sourdough starter culture to take home and start baking!
You'll be in the comfort of the fabulous Macedon Ranges Wholefoods, where delicious coffee and chai are available to purchase.
