Why We Created This

At Her Limitless Co, we understand how lonely it can feel to choose to step into something that has the potential to change you (because let’s be real, how many people in our lives are truly willing to step outside the status quo?).

The beginning feels almost exhilarating, but somewhere along the way… it starts feeling draining, uncomfortable, and a little impossible — and somehow you’re expected to figure it out all on your own? Yeah, nah → we prefer surrounding ourselves with women who encourage, support, vibe, and are willing to be a little vulnerable for the sake of building the kind of limitless life they know they’re capable of (underneath all those bs stories we tend to tell ourselves).

That’s why we’re creating spaces that don’t just inspire you to think bigger, but actually help you feel safe enough to expand. Because your body, mind, and community are the foundation of every limitless goal.

What You’ll Experience

This is a 2-hour experience designed to reset your nervous system, expand your capacity, and connect you with a sisterhood of women who are walking the same path.

Together we’ll move through:
🔥 Sauna reset → 60 min private sauna session as a group. Release stress, clear stuck energy, and ground your body

🌊 Ocean dips → Throughout the sauna session we'll take refreshing dips in the ocean at South Beach.

🧘‍♀️ Light breathwork + guided reflections → Reset & relax after the sauna. Quiet the noise and reconnect with your truth

💬 Sisterhood connection → Real women to converse with, have deep conversations with and shared breakthroughs.

☕️ Light drinks & snacks → Replenish and integrate while connecting & catching up after.
