Join a like-minded crew of people in their 20s and 30s for a relaxed morning of connection, movement, and stillness—set in nature at Sauna Cult. This session invites you to explore wood fire sauna, refreshing cold plunge, and meditation in an unstructured and organic way, allowing space for conversation, connection, and self-guided practice. We’ll conclude with a final half-hour spent in complete silence, inviting deep presence and reflection.

What to Expect:

✨ One hour and a half for a relaxed flow of sauna, cold plunge and socialising with like-minded individuals

✨ A peaceful 30 minutes of silence and self guided meditation to close the session

✨ A small event for just 10 people so everyone have time to enjoy sauna & cold plunge

✨ Parking, Toilet and outdoor shower available on the premises
